Eckartauerhof Spa Facilities – Peace and Relaxation

Find peace, dive into nature and bring body and soul back into harmony! Relax in our wellness area and recuperate after a tiring day of skiing. The facilities are open daily from 4pm to 8pm (winter season). You can even enjoy the benefits of a sauna session in summer. If you let us know in advance, we will heat up the Finnish sauna or the infrared cabin for you.

Bathrobes can be hired from the hotel for a small cleaning fee.

Finnish Sauna

The refreshing, purifying effect of sweating in the sauna is caused by the high temperature (ca. 80° to 90°C) and low humidity (up to max. 10%).

Infrared Cabin – Comfortable Deep Heat

A gentle heat generated by the infrared light warms your body making you feel comfortable and warm deep down. A temperature of just 30°C is able to provide a healthy deep heat.

The positive effects of the infrared cabin are diverse: it can release tension, alleviate back pain, remove stress and strengthen the body's defences.

A Fragrant Experience – Our Scented Turkish Bath

A light cloud of water vapour caresses your skin and airways in our scented Turkish bath: a pampering session at 40 to 50°C. High humidity and natural essential oils make our Turkish bath a fragrant experience.
