Two Boards and Good Snow

Enjoy the snowy mountains of Zillertal and test out a range of descents in the ski region around the Mayrhofen mountain railways which is easy to reach from our hotel using the free ski shuttle bus. The ski shuttle bus stop is just outside our hotel.

To save you having to wait to buy your tickets at the mountain railway, you can purchase the Zillertal Super Ski Pass at our reception (only cash accepted).

Tobogganing in Mayrhofen

A tobogganing excursion in the Ziller Valley winter wonderland is the ideal family adventure – one for both young and old. Enjoy a leisurely walk up the mountain or ride the gondola to the starting point of the toboggan run. Once at the top, you can first enjoy a little Alpine hut magic with a glass of mulled wine to warm you up for the race down into the valley.

You've picked the right place, because the Ziller Valley has 14 extremely well-prepared toboggan runs equalling a total distance of 45 kilometres. Thirty of them are also lit at night so you can enjoy a night-time tobogganing adventure.
